 Shipping Policy:

  1. The terms of this shipping policy (the “Shipping Policy”) govern the shipping practices for the www.trinketsandmore.in (“Website”).
  2. Tinnie Toys Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”), is a private company limited by shares and incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its offices in Bangalore, India. Reference to “you” in this Shipping Policy refers to the users of this Website who have consummated a purchase on the Website. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and always on time.We partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders
  3. For orders above Rs. 599 shipping is absolutely free. For orders below Rs. 599 there is a normal fee of Rs. 55 charged for delivery. COD orders are charged Rs. 50 shipping in addition.
  4. We ship your order within 24-48 hours. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 5-7 working days across India. All metros will be serviced within 72 hours.
  5. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver within 12-15 business days of placing the order, we will cancel the order and refund any amounts to the same account from which such payments were made from. In the event of part delivery of the order and we are forced to cancel the remaining order we will send you an email informing the same and refund any payment made against the unshipped part of the order to the account from which such payment was made
  6. You can track your order online once it is dispatched. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. We will intimate you in such cases we mail
  7. If you cancel part of the order, or in the event, you return an order delivered to you -shipping charges will not be refunded (if applicable). However, if you self – ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on our returns policy (given below)

Returns Policy:

  1. The terms of this returns policy (the “Returns Policy”) govern the return practices for the www.trinketsandmore.in (“Website”)
  2. Tinnie Toys Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”), is a private company limited by shares and incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its offices in Bangalore, India. Reference to “you” in this Returns Policy refers to the users of this Website who have consummated a purchase on the Website.
  3. We have a very easy hassle-free return policy. If you receive a damaged, defective product or in the event of your order being tampered with at the time of delivery, please email our customer care at contact@trinketsandmore.in to register the reason for returning your order within 48 hours of accepting delivery of such order. Returns will be only accepted in case of damages or product functionality issues.  Rest of claims, we will determine if your order may be returned. Our decision on the authenticity of your claim shall be final and binding.
  4. In the event of your claim being determined as genuine, we will allow you to return the order and we will not charge you for the shipping costs or for replacing the merchandise.
  5. Please place your order that you wish to return/replace in a shipping box with the tags intact and with the original packing and seal the box securely.
  6. We will arrange for the pick–up facility if your location falls within the areas such service is available (All Metros and Tier II Cities normally)
  7. If your location does not fall within the pickup facility areas you can ship the order to be returned to A 42 Zonasha Vista, Dinne Anjaneyaswamy Road, Harlur, Bangalore 560102. We will process your return within 7 working days of receiving your shipment. Our quality team will check the products to ensure they comply with our returns guidelines.
  8. Once you have shipped the box, send us an email contact@trinketsandmore.in to inform us about the returns shipment. Please include your original order ID number in the email.We will notify you via e-mail regarding the status of your replacement merchandise within 10 working days of receiving your courier.
  9. On receipt of products in original condition, we refund the full amount to your account in 15-20 working days.
  10. In the event of exigencies beyond our control or the control of our vendors, we may be unable to replace your order and in such unlikely situation, we will cancel the order and issue a credit note for the value of the canceled products which will be credited to your account on the Website. This can be used to pay your subsequent bills.
  11. When a discount voucher is used in a transaction, the value of the discount gets split proportionately across all items on the order, according to the value of the items.
